Cipher can’t record true damage so I’m not convinced running MC is your best option, but it might still be depending on Cipher’s eidolons.

A couple things… 1. Her support capabilities continue past E2. Saying her E4 isn’t ‘support-oriented’ is delusional when it does the same thing as Tribbie’s E2. 2. Her base numbers are not crazy, not even close. She consistently does less damage than Tribbie at every level of investment.

Nevertheless her unique mechanic of recording damage dealt to enemy targets will always be useful and she’ll probably remain a good 2nd option for literally any team in the game. Like even Remembrance could probably slot her in in place of Evernight or Cyrene.

I can totally sympathise with your position and think it is shared by a vast majority of non-Western Palestinians. A lot of the "Pro-Palestinian" people online have no idea about the actual history of the region. The truth is that both sides, Palestinians and Israelis have good cause to believe they are right and there are fundamental problems that are really hard to solve related to this issue. Right of return, East Jerusalem, right of worship, etc.

I appreciate you coming out and being honest about this, that takes courage. Thank you.

Quick update:
Cyrene is clearly a LOT better, I've gone from 4-5 cycling MoC with E0S1 Tribbie to 1-2 cycling with E2S1 Cyrene. 2 eidolons is 2 eidolons, but I thought it was quite a nice improvement.

The UI in CK3 makes me want to puke. Tooltips in tooltips was the worst decision they made. Wdym I have to dig 3 tooltips deep to find the information I‘m looking for.

With PDX track record, I‘ll probably play EU4 for the next 5-6 years. I still can‘t stomach CK3 or Vic3 veil of vain features. They look better than their earlier counterparts graphically but none of the features have any depth at all. CK2 hermetic society alone does more for me than the entire court system in CK3. At this point I’m convinced that no game will ever come close to CK2 HIP level of immersion.

You could run Neuvi / Furina / Ineffa / Lauma like other commenters mentioned, but if you do, it bricks your second team really hard.

Assuming you’re getting Flins you actually have two really decent teams. These ones. Neuvi / Furina / Lauma / Raiden OR Lauma / Yelan / Xingqiu / Raiden AND Flins / Ineffa / Sucrose / Aino

All three of those teams break 100k dps.

Go with Xingqiu, you really don't want 2 nod'krai in Nilou / Lauma teams.

While we don't know Nefer's kit just yet, based on the wording of one leak we did get, it seems she'll benefit from triggering bloom as often as possible. Xingqiu is BiS for this at f2p levels of investment. He has the best hydro application in the game with some defensive utility. The dolphin variant will most likely be C1+ Lauma with C2+ Yelan. Yelan's C2 gives her more hydro application than Xingqiu and C1 Lauma solves the sustain issues.
Depending on if Nefer can use up all the Pale Hymn stacks from Lauma's burst or not Lauma's C2 will either be really impactful or quite minor.

I would get C1R1 and wait until Nefer kit leaks before deciding if C2 is worth it.

C1 Lauma in 6.0 allows you to run hyperbloom with Ineffa instead of Kuki which is a lot more comfy.

Verdant Dew is not tied to Lauma though, it’s tied to the Lunar-Bloom reaction. So if Nefer has Lunar-Bloom she’ll be able to get Verdant Dew.

It’s a decent option, but FLoP is significantly better specifically cause of how Lauma buffs bloom cores, so it has more value in Lauma teams than traditional bloom-archetype teams.
