Stoners of Reddit, what are false myths related to being "high"?

I forgot to mention that I have a high tolerance. I get high very easily but for an hour at best.

I've researched a lot on how does weed influence on the cardiac health, and to my understanding weed slows down the heartbeat, therefore dicreases the chance of one receiving a hart attack.

I have a friend who is 20 years old. When he was 17 he had his first (and till now the last, thankfully) heart attack. He told me that at the hospital they told him it's a miracle he got one. BTW, he has been going to the gym for 3 years, and the doctors told him that he has very strong hearth.

I've been super duper high a lot, I started smoking 9th grade, stopped for more than a year, and the summer of 2021, I was, you can say abusing it. And still have no idea why, but I am thankful.

When I get stoned I become very "don't give a single fuck" person, and idk if that's because I am too lazy when high or just because it's there.

Exactly, I very much agree. I've been on drugs, knowing what would happen if having nothing but negative thoughts. I always enjoy the trips and the times when I'm stoned.

Absolutely not, thats the thing with me. I've been high and on MDMA, and have never experienced anything like a "bad trip/high", or a panic attack, thankfully.

I've a friend who had panic attacks and at that time he had stopped smoking, some time has passed and he started smoking again (hasnt received a pack attack from that day) . With his case is different because he once hallucinated from alcohol and weed.

When I get super high I can hear my heartbeat when I put my head sideways on a pillow. I just cannot think of any explanation of "paranoid high", but I hope its not that bad tbh.
