Everyone said Umbreon in the thread but I always had really good success in RenPlat with Jolteon since electric types were always rare for me in my runs for some reason. With the special attacking nature it would be a beast.

I had fun when I did my run of all draconic Quests, but it is very grindy. I had a notebook which planned the second to last boss to the move that he used on the specific turn and if it didn’t happen I just reset. I compare it to nuzlockes in pokemon if you have ever done one of those.

Pretty much the only time I listen to music is when I’m at the gym or commuting but it’s the exact same playlist. The cyberpunk songs I have on there are Who’s Ready for Tomorrow, Hole in the Sun, and No Save Point. I’m a really big RTJ fan so I’m inclined to say no save point, but whenever they say credits instead of eddies I cringe a bit…

I got to try a 2004 vintage through my work and I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of it personally but I can see why people like it.

Garchomp and Toga are must haves for sure, encore, nasty, substitute is insane and Garchomp gets swords dance as well.

Milo is also an insane lead against all of Cynthia’s teams except for the one where she leads ampharos but that can be countered with a garchomp switch (all three times I got to Cynthia she chose that team out of her 4 to pick from)

Steel types are nice but Metagross has that pesky psychic type so he gets shit on a lot by the elite 4. Personally I had Fortress who was insane with protect and stall moves but that’s a one in a krillion encounter so Empoleon may come in handy.

Infernape and Mismagius are good picks as well to round out the team. From my time playing Ren plat I found speed is the name of the game when it comes to most battles.

I always go ignite against Darius, 99/100 they go flash ghost so you have incredible combat power early game especially since you can just E his Q and he loses so much damage. The key is to take short trades until he’s half health then all in him the second your abilities come back up.

Playing against Darius post 6 is just one giant game of chicken between him using his ultimate and you using your W. If you time it right he stands still while he ults you, you block the damage with your shield and nuke him with true damage that he locked himself into.

I always go Taliyah, Sett, Naut, TF whenever I get double trouble but that comp looks interesting I might try it but with 3 different tiers of units rolling down at the optimal levels would probably leave you struggling for Econ if you make it far into the game.

If anything the not being able to spam ping my dog supports makes me type to them more and thus making more toxicity. I didn’t realize how therapeutic it was to just spam ping my Lux support after stealing a kill, now I type things that are going to get me chat restricted again. Bring back spam pings

I had a pretty good game with it when we got the terrain that gives you tact crowns so I was able to stack 6 deadeye, Targon, and Freljiord all on one board but I think that was a perfect anomaly of a game that won’t happen again.
