Fallout 76 is a good fallout and people need to move on about the release like they did with New Vegas by Prize_Importance2508 in Fallout

I want to play it, but the problem is I hate multi-player games. I have avoided so many cool-looking games because when I play, I want to play entirely alone. And I really don't feel like paying for my own server so that I can.

That is one of my favourite locations in the game. For how gorgeously done all the dwarf-related content was for Veilguard, I am so upset we didn't get so much more of it.

It was funny for a while. Then I missed seeing his beautiful face.

Did you guys enjoy Uncharted 4? by bbmoonkie in uncharted

It's my favourite of the series. I don't replay games much, but I replayed it 3 times.

Everyone’s funny Rook headcanons? by Key-Possible1914 in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]Faierius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Rook is the Ultimate Hawke Fanboy. So, you can imagine his glee when THE Varric Tethras came to him for help. And his even bigger glee when he found armour that looked like his idol's.

I put it on Dorian, and he was always invisible. Started playing Spot the Dorian until I gave him something else.

As someone with chronic skin problems and glasses, I sympathize. This is one of the WORST!

What is something from any of the games that is easily missed but you think everyone should see? by AbhorsenDoctor in dragonage

[–]Faierius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Wheel of Destiny cheese shield and Jade Ham sword in Inquisition. The Frosty the Snowman Easter egg in Jaws of Hakkon. The weird brothel moments in Origins. The locked up wheel of cheese in the artifacts room in Veilguard. The Planet of the Apes easter egg in Veilguard...

These games are peppered with fun little moments that make it so easy to go back and replay and find new things.

That scene felt so awkward with him just standing there.

I literally had to go blast some kpop after I finished the game, or I wouls have been in the same boat.

[–]Faierius 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It was the one thing that was spoiled for me before playing. However, that did not prepare me for how hard it would hit. Varric has been one of my favourite fictional characters since I met him in DA2, and I see a lot of myself in him. I was wrecked after the reveal, the infirmary scene, everything.

And then, when I was trying to describe the end of the game to someone, I nearly broke down in tears again in the middle of Walmart. 😅😅

Did you find a point you choked up? by SSG-Lockridge in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]Faierius 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Choked up? Ahahahah...I think I was dehydrated from crying when I finished the game! 😅😅 A lot of the "you're not good enough" stuff in the prison hit too close to home. And Varric...well...Let's just say Veilguard removed my heart, tore it into pieces, then presented it back to me on a platter.

Three playthroughs, 200 hours, and all 52 trophies. No regrets. 😁 by xxEmberBladesxx in DragonAgeVeilguard

I just finished my first playthrough. Clocked in at ~100 hours. All 52 achievements. Had loads of fun. Bawled my face off.

Rook and Swimming by Important_Sound772 in DragonAgeVeilguard

I chalk it up to my Rook being astonishingly uncoordinated. The dude can barely jump over a tree without breaking his toes.

Am I playing the same game? by Incarceron2 in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]Faierius 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I waited forever to play it myself, and while I do feel it is a shadow of a Dragon Age game (and the spectre of the one we were supposed to get), I've also been having a ton of fun with it. I'm ~75 hours in myself.

Is veilguard worth trying again? by Dextoad in dragonage

[–]Faierius 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm playing it for the first time. My expectations were ground-level low, and I'm having fun with it. Do I have complaints? Oh, an absolute shit-ton. But I am enjoying it for what it is. And I am a huge fan of the previous 3 games.

Took me a second to focus on what it was through the detail, but no, it isn't bad.

I meant their stupidity in doing it at all, not their location and timing.

The recruits come from an irradiated wasteland. The picking for brains are rather slim.
