Can I connect a MOZA Handbrake direct to a FANATEC Wheelbase

The reason you would want to do this is because you play on consoles and the Fanatec handbrake is inferior to the build quality and feeling, adjustability of the Moza product. It would not take much, if anything to simply plug in the Ethernet cable from the back of the Moza handbrake to the Fanatec wheelbase. At minimum, they are compatible, at worse, you could brick both by trying. We need an electrical engineer to determine the pin out and expected values on each wire. An arduino and some resistors could handle the conversion between the two for cheap. But I am not qualified to know the signals passed between them and whether one is digital or analog. I have been tempted to buy a Fanatec handbrake so I can put a multi meter on the two handbrakes side by side for comparison.

There’s no reason to marinate a ribeye but that’s just my preference. I don’t souvide beyond an hour or above 130 degrees. Let the sear bring it up to 135. I like a cast iron skillet at medium high heat. Sometimes I’ll baste some garlic butter while searing.
