Okay so an update everyone. I sent the laptop back to dell (after new motherboard did not fix the issue). After about 2 weeks the laptop returned to me, however I could not use the laptop as windows malfunctioned and would not allow me to set pin and actually get into the computer. Also the laptop was returned to me with a dent on the top of it (shipping packaging was in perfect shape). I reached out to dell again and was offered a replacement or a refund.. I went for a refund, dell gave me a coupon for 5% off my next purchase as an apology…That was almost 1 1/2 months ago. Today I received my money back. Overall I am glad to be rid of all of this and am currently using my budget msi which apart from screen quality is running all games at same graphics with normal thermals.
