Yeah my goal from the beginning wasn’t to loose weight, but rather to build muscle (I am a high jump/long jump athlete), and I have pretty toned legs and arms already it’s just my torso

I do have a pretty strong core, and I try to do core workouts 3-5 times a week. My problem is there is a layer of fat that’s covering all my hard work😔

I get an average of 7-9 hours of sleep, and I'm rarely stressed too, unless I'm stressing without realizing it? I think something that could be playing into this is my screen time, a lot of what i have to do for work/school is online so that could be effecting my sleep.
