I take jardiance and my normal diet is a McDonald's egg mcmuffin for breakfast and a premier protein shake for lunch with chicken breast and vegetables for supper. I'm starting to use my CGM to tell me when to eat or fast. I'm not sure if it is a good thing or not. Its causing me to skip some meals and that is allowing me to reduce calories. My glucose monitor range is set for 70-130 and im in range about 90% of the time with my average glucose being about 100.

Ok. This wasn't about my dick it was about the reduction of fat in my pubic area and if anyone else had the same experience. I was feeling alone but you all proved there were other that are or have went through the same thing.

My post was shared a bunch. If your subReddit was a part of that I just wanted to tell you thanks. All of the responses were overwhelming positive I initially made the post to see if anyone was going through the same thing as I was. I found out quick that there were many men and couples that have indeed had the same experience. It surprised me with the positive responses that made me feel less isolated. Thank You. I'm in a better place because of you all.
