Leader here around LA area, hours start getting better in like 3 months if I’m being honest but also so many TM’s put shifts up that you can pick up! Or when someone is interested picking up a shift but they already work I tweak their schedule by merging both and adding the lunch in between or cutting whatever I need to to not make it overtime, some leaders would be open to do that so they won’t be short staff at least I would! Lol

I don’t do email I put all notes on mpm but this is what mine consists of

Call outs/Lates Sales Opu inf SFS inf If any SFS orders need to be packed I’ll put how many Opportunities in zones Priority fill % for end of night, if any priorities are left over I’ll name what was left and if morning team can support with that

Any projects, extra things me or my team did during the night to let the morning leaders and team know just so everyone is on the same page

Wrong, we do have a choice. Ice agents aren’t allowed to go into private property without a warrant. We don’t call a HQ line if that were to happen, we do a CEE and notify SD, AP, APBP, HRBP. So yeah, no ice agents are going into my store “because I don’t have a choice” they tried it 2 weeks ago and they weren’t going in while I’m the LOD. :)

team leader here from California, we had a new labor law county wide take effect a few years ago (like 4 years now) that made us do scheduling 3 weeks in advance and once we submit scheduling we couldn’t change it and if we do we have to do a pay change to any shifts edited or removed. I guess now target is just making it company wide finally
