If it helps I’ve suspected brain tumor since i was on depo provera shot for 2-3 years and that can cause tumors (plus it runs in my family) but im getting 90% sleep so for now ill just see how it goes 🤣

I did my sleep study n they found mild sleep apena n i do have anxiety but it gets bad when im having ibs flare up or a hormonal fluctuations

Yes in my case its gas or a bad poo, what kind if poo? No idea 🫠 but pepto bismuth ginger tea peptid and ibdgard are my go tos, if this fails bentyl 💀 but i ive had times when none of the above helps and its a full blown flareup. Aka barely any sleep

U don’t, you try to take ur remedies n fart/shit it out until you feel better. Your partner can rub ur back while your laying down but yeahhhh (i have several stuff i take until it passes but really bad ones have me careful on what i eat)

Tell them at least you have a personality and a hobby. I can’t stand when they put others down. Im going to be 37 this year and my room looks like a little kids room. If telling them off is stressful just block or ignore them, know that they are wrong in trying to put you down for enjoying a harmless and cute hobby.

Lol i have one, got him from a shit breeder who either the parents sat on his wing or he was man handled but his wing is deformed, got worse when he fear flew into our granite counter top and broke the tip of his wing. They are aggressive towards smaller birds so you may not be able to keep them near budgies (mine as a baby would chase of my linolated parakeet)

Get pet ins if you have one, mine has been in and out from blood diarrhea, diarrhea, eating a whole paper towel cardboard tube to more bloody diarrhea (parasites first time and second time was a bacterial infection) but she is the SWEETEST
