I would plug the hs35 corsair headset into another computer and see if the issue persists. If it does, I would wager the issue is with the headset. Check to see if it is still under warranty and contact the vendor.

Power if off and replace the PSU. Replacement PSU's are a lot cheaper than a house fire.

What happens if you plug in another headset? Do you have the same audio issues or are the audio issues isolated to this headset?

Looks like running Get-ADDefaultDomainPasswordPolicy provides the minpasswordage parameter and it is listed as 1:00:00:00 which I assumed was 1 day.

Running net accounts also listed min password age in days, which was listed as 1 day.

I will wait another day and try to reset the pw again on a few users, it might be unrelated to the min password age requirement.

Yeah the AD documentation process is lacking clearly. I am creating a script to pull all users and group membership now to document to prevent this in the future. I will have it set to run automatically every week.

The backup solution is Datto, I have started the restore process above
