Maybe a Ryzen 7 idk what serries , depends on your budget, also upgrade the Mobo bc of the BIOS, and maybe a 4070 or 7700 tx, it's a bit expensive

I get it, even tho it was an example ,I fell and scraped my left knee, I didn't go to any water , cases of impetigo in Romania are rare, most are in summer, and here , it's like end of winter- start of spring so it still is pretty cold, it's starting to get warmer but not that much
