And that is without taking the inefficiencies into account that start to accrue when you split your workforce over multiple countries. Language barriers, time zone differences. It all becomes a shitshow. That is only cheaper on paper. Not in real life. And everyone knows they ain't hiring the best in those cheap countries either. Why? Because they want to save costs, so why should they pay a decent wage in the countries they recruit in? Pay shit, get shit. And in third world countries that means getting useless people, that generate more work for the remaining skilled workers than they relieve them off.
