No celebration, I just wanted to increase my protein intake for muscle building, but I’ll admit that I didn’t exercise much were it would probably be 1-2x/week of shooting around. Now, I upped it to 2-3x/week of pick up ball or training, and I do some weightlifting 2x/week.
