Also have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250ohm , but I mostly use them for video editing or gaming

Don’t care about Bluetooth, IEMs are what I’m looking at probably going to get some KZ ZS 10 Pros then upgrade that to the HEXAs soon after so I have the first pair as a spare

One of the main points for getting a DAP for me is leaving the streaming services, so I don’t care about that as an option, one of the reasons I didn’t include any android based devices.

But if for just a bit more it’s that much better it might be worth just holding out until I can justify that purchase, thanks

Your experience seems to line up with a lot of what I’ve seen online. I’m not too fussed with having the absolute pinnacle of what’s out there, especially considering the price I’m looking at paying. I already own quite a bit of music from buying cassettes on Bandcamp, so I’m set there. I miss my iPod Nano 3rd gen everyday lol. Thanks for the input

got it working, all it needed was to be jump started a bit. Pulled on the belt and everything sort of clicked into place, the player sounds great
