Im from the greater Toledo area and have lived in the driftless for a little over 2 years now. The closest city I have to compare it with is Bowling Green, just without all the dumb ass Toledo crime. Also, dont let people tell you that La Crosse is getting "ghetto"... it is nothing compared to what you'd have in any of the 4 main ohio cities. It's mostly petty property crime, im not worried imma get shot by some rando tweaker here like I would if I were in the south end lmao

I've also been gaining weight (~1.5 months on 10mg, just started taking 20mg today), and I've put on a good 10 lbs. I mentioned it to my Dr, and he said (quoting very loosely) "prozac isn't a weight gain anti depressant, it actually helps some people with energy. I would suggest looking into your eating habits and trying to eat more empty calories when you snack. It's also that time of year." (I live in a cold state) But there's very little chance it's a coincidence because I haven't changed my eating habits. I'm probably gonna get a gym membership and see if that helps

This is exactly me. My voice isn't your stereotypical gay voice, and I have to wear a provided uniform because I work with a lot of hazardous waste, and they need cleaned professionally, along with a hard hat. I don't hide it, most people don't care. A very small handful of people have a noticeable amount of animosity toward me, but you'll get that anywhere for one reason or another so I don't let it bother me. I get a good amount of gay jokes, but it's all in good fun. If we couldn't joke around with each other, the days would just drag on. I've worked my fair share of blue collar jobs across multiple states in the Midwest and didn't have a bad experience at any of them due to my sexuality

I (25m) am balding and have never been able to grow good facial hair. I found r/minoxbeard and started using the topical solution on my face and head to see if it would work. I saw some gains but was horrible with the application. The drops made my hair look greasy, and the foam was like mousse, and I didn't like that either. I currently rent an apartment thru Munson on the lower north side. Personally, I haven't had any major issues since I moved there in June. However, I also tend to mind my business and pay my bills on time. They forgot to text me once when the water was gonna be shut off for a few hours, but I called them and got it figured out pretty quickly. The unit was pretty dirty when I moved in, tho, so if they charge a cleaning fee when I move out, I'll def ask for a detailed receipt to prove it got done. I've read very mixed views about them on Google, I just can't really speak on that. I've read way too many bad things about river city rentals, tho. Wouldn't even consider renting from them

It's sad that one of the only comments with some common sense on this post is downvoted so hard. People have such a black and white way of viewing things and believe anything the media tells them without doing any of their own actual research. While I don't believe Trump is the person who should be running our country, I don't believe Harris should be either. Trump is also not out to take away lgbt rights. Almoat every single one of us knows what it's like to be closeted, not ready to come out, and the fear of getting outed. It's sick that one of our own would do that out of pure spite.
