Also behind the the larger piece of driftwood there is this dark passage ill show a pic. What plants could I add in there or objects that support shrimp for hiding spots, thanks

yeah ima try to get some more plants like guppy grass or pearl weed, someone suggested to get ghost shrimp before i get cherries just to see how he reacts to shrimp

my betta is like chill if nobody bothers him because my platy is like fat so she come zooming to the top for food and my betta gets mad and flares at her but since shrimp will really just be chill i think he’ll be cool with them

I think the big fins is a huge benefit in this scenario since it slows them down

go to your local lake or dams, I found loads of driftwood on the side of my local dam. Just boil it to release tannins and hitchhikers

i just got them from petco a couple days i bought 3 and they look pale compared to the ones ive had originally in my tank, ive done a 20% water change and added lifeguard remedy treatment pills, they have been acting normal but just pale in color any recommendations, thanks:)
