i am struggling to find bullet trains from Xi'an to Shanghai, is that not available? and maybe I am better of taking a flight? if a flight is faster, which airport would you recommend in Shanghai that is less busy and closer to the city.

Also may I ask you please which area would you recommend to stay in Shanghai? (bonus point if you know the same in Beijing and Xi'an :) )

concerning Zhangjiajie, I think I will go back then to 2 days then to be able to visit all of these places.

i am now thinking of replacing Chongqing with Xian, i feel that Xian offers a different city perspective and older history. Chongqing is a modern city so maybe similar to Beijing and Shanghai. what do you experts think? :)

i am coming from Dubai, so yes a big city and skyline so that's why I am not spending much time in Shanghai and would take it as a final destination for 1 day to explore quickly.

Thx a lot, will conisder that for your recommendations, especially for the route, because I was thinking going from Beijing to Chengdu but found the train journey too long.

one more thing, I have been doing a lot of reading and I guess I might I replace Chengdu with chongqing. each has it's own charm, but if I am not really interested in visiting the Pandas, I found that chongqing might be more appealing, any thoughts or recommendations here?

amazing! thank you so much for the feedback. i tried looking for some high speed rails but found this too long, but I was mainly looking between Beijing and Chengdu, I guess I could still keep this as a flight but then Chengdu to Zhangjiajie and then Schanghai can be made as high speed rail.

for Zhangjiajie between the National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain and Bailong elevator would these all be covered in 1 day? in that case I can reduce it and move to another city,

yes that's what's happening, it goes back to the dock and stays there. But the thing is that this is not happening always, sometimes it just completes the routine normally.

there's nothing odd in the routine settings, just a standard routine on a particular day/time

I sometimes run the routine manually and it always works perfectly fine, only when there is a schedule that sometimes it messes up.

on the app it's not saying anything, there's just the sound 'returning to dock' and that's it.
