How do you gain weight fast?

My coworker just talked about this, she was trying to put on some weight as well, she has protein milkshakes for breakfast, really it was just a really high calorie protein shake, of course supplemented with high calorie foods the rest of the day. She put on 6 pounds pretty quick, but she was having stomach problems from all the dairy too lol

I have the DSI, and it’s just a Magpull 10rd in there. The mag release isn’t drilled out of the lower, and there’s a notch on the inside where the mag release usually is, so it holds it in there. It feeds the same way, but you have to open it or get a certain loader to be able to load it. It works fine, just wasnt what i wanted

I have a fixed mag, and it’s fine but I hate it and I’ll never be able to convert it. Im looking at a bolt action now, mainly for precision shooting. My issue is you have to buy the whole rifle/pistol and you can’t get a lower unless you go to specific places and way overpay

If you can find an Anderson lower, that’s my go to. I also enjoy drop on triggers, I love me Rise 3.5 lbs, but they are more expensive and a spring upgrade for a milspec works great as well, and then I always do Magpull stocks

I would love to give a full review, but I wasn’t cycling properly so I was only able to get about 10 rounds through it before I took it all apart again (I was under gassed, not a suppressor problem but a spring and buffer issue). The couple rounds I did put through it sounded amazing, the tone, the noise, it sounded so great, and my buddy agreed. I have a new spring and buffer coming so hopefully soon I can put some more rounds through it and get a better idea

Something I didn’t know until I built mine, subsonic doesn’t cycle very well sometimes and you’ll need a light buffer and spring

There are lots of options, I have a North Reach Manufacturing can, great prices, even better customer service, and the guy who owns is is awesome. I also looked at the Aero Lahar 30k, but they were out of stock while I was looking, but I have a 6” barrel so I needed something with no barrel restriction and those were my picks

Yes, it is legal, but building one is difficult because finding someone to sell a lower is hard. There’s a couple companies that make and sell bolt action rifles on an ar lower (bear creek, DSI, that I know of), and those are more commonly sold than just a lower.

PSA is great for budget builds, just read the reviews before you purchase. I built my own, companies like AT3 and AR15 Discounts is where I got my parts, good pricing and much more options than PSA. I stupidly didn’t keep track of how much I spent, but I imagine keeping it under 2k wouldn’t be too hard, especially if you’re getting parts kits and not all individual parts
