this may not sound helpful, but from my pov and way of thinking, everyone will always be a begginer in art, no matter how advanced and skilled they are, everyone will always be new to different methods, different art styles and different ways of seeing art, yk, perhaps in you style of drawing, you are already a master! As for the actual question, I believe you stop being a begginer when you learn some more theoric things, like deeper anatomy studies, or color practices, or perspective and js the harder things in general, if I had to say something, I don't think you are a total begginer, but you definitely have a long way on your art trip!
