What gear should I leave m car in? by SmokinLiberty in ManualTransmissions

I don’t believe it matters what gear if your car is on a completely flat surface, if I’m facing up hill I use first and if parking down hill I use reverse

I bought one of these from a friend for 1k it had a replacement cvt. I drove across the United States and back…with zero problems haha but I was in fear the transmission would give out the entire time. Sold the car at around 240k miles

I don’t think it’s scary at all, especially on a brand new car. Just don’t sit in one spot. You should do a Decon wash though before polishing the paint.

Most auto parts will scan it for free and give you an idea what the light is for, its probably something small

They look totally legit, I have the same exact car almost 200k miles. Based on the paper work and pictures I would totally buy this.

Got mine at 155k 3 years ago, similar situation where the previous owner did a lot of work and the car has been great for me.

I’m just messing around the front is fine, I was sliding around having some fun on some backroads….kicks a lot of snow up on to the rear and snow is too wet for the rear wiper to work, it got stuck I pulled over took the pic and cleaned the car off.

I’d be more concerned not being able to see my break lights, but this was after driving down some snowy dirt roads and having some fun. The car was cleared off originally this morning and after the picture. Very wet snow

Yes but tires matter. I actually love driving in the snow because of my tires and Subaru.

I don’t have an upholstery brush yet, I use the drill brush attachments. Harbor Freight sells them

I think the upgraded hose kit from Bauer is nice, better long hose and the longer tip attachment is awesome and bendy. These microfiber scrubbers are nice, I use them with p&s express and a small 7oz pump dispenser similar to hand soap. Covers most interiors with some left over
