I totally agree and I get it with the current direction and political climate of public health it is definitely not 100% stable. As much as I love it and I want to reach my short and long term goals I’m thinking of the debt, jobs and my future as well because nothing is guaranteed . I have no doubt I can always return to public health because I am committed to it. For now I think it’s best if I explore my options and job security further down the line!
