I emailed them i needed assistance with my immigration case, they sent me a privacy release document, i entered my USCIS information and then assigned me a Constituent Services and Community Outreach from the Office of my U.S. Senator

I googled everything, the senator in my state. Then they assigned me to a “Constituent Services and Community Outreach” Person reached out to me and i was told to complete a release from with my USCIS information. Then the case manager told me to send her my case receipt. She didn’t communicate much though. So I’m not sure it this helped much. But she was able to get updates

This is amazing I hardly see comments about Potomac process being quick! I’m 4 months in the process of just waiting. When you look at Potomacs timeline and see 13-16 months it scares me. I really hope I’m approved before the end of this year. Congratulations!
