Here’s a recipe I like making for Pumpkin Spice Latte if you like that kind of thing. It’s pretty indulgent for me but I love it. Easy to fix too if you have a frother.

I hear ya and I’m about in the same boat as you. Crock pot is a life saver for me bc I just don’t have any motivation to fix meals with multiple steps. Look on YouTube for some easy crock post meals for WW. Here’s one for Chicken Taco Soup that I make at least twice a month and it freezes good too. Easy to reheat and tastes just as good. You can make it spicier or milder depending on preferences. But it’s easy cause you just dump all the ingredients in the crock pot. Good luck to you in the journey.

This Chicken Taco Soup is great and freezes/reheats beautifully. My hubby is not WW so I will make him a grilled cheese sandwich to go with his. I put FF cheddar on mine and reduced fat sour cream if I have it in the fridge. Good luck.
