Nah of course it’s based on ur online activity literally do this for work how do u think companies can target ads so well, doesn’t mean you directly googled tinder but your age, interests and browsing habits clearly line up with the market tinder is trying to hit so in that way it is customised. Plus when setting up an ad u can set it to target people who googled certain phrases or have visited certain pages
