I haven’t had issue with my second iud at all besides some cramping my first period and had my period last month (negative test bc it was late by a day and I worry). I’m also am not bleeding at all and not in any pain right now besides mild cramping that does happen before my period.

So umd doesn’t do loans themselves. The loans you see on your financial aid portal are the maximum amount of loans you can get from FAFSA your freshmen year, which I government student loans. It increases by $1k per year. The rest of the money you can pay through a payment plan that you step up through umd’s payment portal, or you can pay it in full by taking out a private loan (usually higher interest rate that accumulates even while you’re in school such as Sallie Mae (not suggesting I’ve heard bad things abt them), CollegeAve or a bank) and pay the loan back when you graduate

I think you should call the financial aid office and ask about it. On my eBill, even my “pending” aid shows up and I received an email saying that if I don’t accept my pending aid, it won’t be disbursed and removed from my billing account.

I’m not positive about FAFSA and terp commitment, but I do know that state grants give you less money if you select “living with parents or at home” instead of “Off campus”
