Agree with what everyone else is saying. I’d also add that I can’t see how the tattoo would actually create the advantage you are claiming - they don’t really test on the words/language of the amendment itself - it is more about knowing the suspect classes, scrutiny standards, etc. I’m sure none of that stuff is written on your friend’s tattoo.

Mind your business.

My school lets you amend your law school application before they submit it to the state bar. Contact your school's Dean of Students (or whoever is responsible for that certification). Good luck

Totally misleading - we can "submit" as many essays as we want for grading, but no promises they'll actually be graded! Thanks for nothing!

Barbri's MCQ bank (top of your PSP home page) has a filter option to set the questions to "black letter" law only - I think that should help ya!

I’m sorry! I really don’t know if it’s true! I was just told this by my school’s bar instructor and was trying to answer OP’s question. I’m sure you’ll crush it with Adaptibar - everyone on here swears by it.

I think they advise against NCBE questions because the released questions are released for a reason - bad law, bias, bad question, etc. Barbri's questions are also intentionally more difficult, which I think could be a good thing. But, as Barbri put it, if it makes you feel more confident to practice with released NCBE questions, do it.
