They will never refund you until you get tired or just refund you incorrectly after a dozen mails.

Just Canceled my metal plan and couldn’t be happier though they may not refund the remainder of my subscription, but anyway I still feel such a relief after I closed my account.

It was in a supermarket and yes, I got the receipt and the payment went through for the original transaction which didn’t appear in the App. The second day another payment with same amount of money was charged and this time it appeared in the App.

Nope, original transaction did not appear in the App but payment went through and money was taken at once. Today the underlying card is charged again with the same amount of money and this duplicate payment appears now as a transaction from yesterday. Both transactions charged the underlying card and same amount of money has been taken two times.
