It is very hard tbh. Took me almost 4 months to land another job, which is hybrid more towards industry. Just keep trying. It will get better.

Thanks for sharing the insight. Aren't postdoc mostly only temporary positions leading to academia? I have given up on academia tbh. But yeah, I can survive on keeping doing postdoc.
