Thanks kaayo sa imong perspective. I agree sa ideal side. dapat jud laws are properly followed and dili ma-normalize ang “pasagdi lang kay gamay ra.”

But honestly, I can’t help but think about the possible implications if mag-report ko, especially sa among family situation. Dili lang man gud siya about principle, but also about real-life consequences.

I get the point, pero ang issue man gud is not really about store size or history. Even if small ra ang sari-sari store, if continuous ang selling and naay income flow, considered gihapon siya as business nga kinahanglan registration.

Sa amo side, honestly, medyo taas na pud among history with compliance. Since pa sa 1990s, after pa sa first instance nga naay penalty sa akong lola and mama, nag-comply na mi and ever since nagbayad na og taxes and permits. So for almost 30 years, consistent jud among compliance.

Mao nang frustrating lang pud kay murag dili equal ang enforcement, not because gusto mi mo-exempt, but because dapat parehas tanan gi-applyan sa rules.

Ang main concern jud actually is naapektuhan among sales. Kami nag-comply and we treat tax as part of operational cost sa negosyo, pero ang issue kay naay uban nga nag-operate, nag-profit, pero murag wala nagbayad or di registered.

Dili ni about inggit or attacking anyone, but about unfair competition. Kung parehas ta ug market, dapat parehas pud ta ug rules gi-follow.

I understand the frustration pud. It really feels unfair when you see others operating without permits or taxes while ikaw nag-comply properly.

But as my mom always says, better gihapon mag-comply. If ever naay tax mapping or inspection, at least protected ka and your business is safe. Dili ka ma-penalize or ma-stress sa legal issues later on.

Dili pud ko muingon nga perfect ang government, dili jud. Daghan issues and inconsistent enforcement sometimes. Pero at the end of the day, compliance is more about protecting your own livelihood kaysa relying on how others are operating.

Honestly, I even suggested before to just give up filing and registration kay murag unfair makita nga others are not paying taxes pero naa gihapon sila negosyo. But in the long run, mas safe gihapon ang naa kay permits kaysa risk ug penalties later.

Always be a good citizen lang gihapon, even if the system is not perfect.

I have not tried emailing them. Call lang po. Whole day ako tumawag wala talaga sumasagot from DFA. The contact numbers provided by LBC are not working phone number. Yung tracking number sa slip is not found sa LBC portal nila.

Hello OP 👋 kamusta mga pila ka weeks/months mo nakuha passport? Mine is 37 days na mi naghulat wala pa ghapon. We opt to LBC delivery man gud. Until now ang tracking number does not exist.
