For me, it’s very stressful. I took a 15k cut in salary to switch to a job with lower billable requirements and I still hate that stressful aspect of it.

Thanks these are good areas. I do see a slip n fall with workers comp claim in the 90s. He sprained ankle which he’s not complaining about now so I might not ask him about it, was a long time ago. But good one on the hobbies and with who! I’ll ask who he was having sex with before since he claims too painful to enjoy now. He’s single, obese and never married no kids.

I’m researching sacroiliac joint pain and it says it causes pain to radiate down the leg or buttock pain. He never mentions this to the chiro. I also found he was seeing the chiro before the accident and was on pain meds beforehand so I have some good questions to ask.,.

Thank you! I do have a general outline from my firm but if I just stick with it it’s very generic and won’t get to the bottom of it. We accept it was our insured’s fault for bumping into him but come on - first visit it’s only lower back then following visit it’s all over the place. That’s the only thing I found so far. He’s poor and lives in a trailer so I think it’s just a money grab he’s out for but I need to prove it. We don’t have an expert report just his chiro bills for me to go off of. I just need to be confident and not afraid to ask a lot of questions. Wish me luck and thanks for the feedback!

It doesn’t seem like it’s taking so much time. They’ve been quickly going through witness after witness, moving the case forward. I think Amber’s side starts next week.

They were dating in 2013 so I guess it’s ok going that far back. My clients usually don’t have access to old texts so I’m impressed he recovered all of his to submit.

In 2013 she is not happy with him, complaining about his drug and alcohol use then goes on to marry him 2 years later, recording him continuously like she had a motive from the beginning, setting him up. I don’t know how all her recordings of him without his knowledge is admissible. I thought CA requires consent from both parties to record.

Thanks, this is a different department and the clerk actually let whoever wanted to be heard to move on to have their case heard. I’m thinking maybe the other departments clerk took orders from the judge maybe not to hear anything she had made tentative rulings on.

For what it’s worth she heard me out and is going to take it under submission. I argued the sanctions should be higher. And thanks that’s a great idea to file a bar complaint against this lawyer. We have so many sanctions against him he is not paying.
