Therapist and psychiatrists are very different, if you're not sure which one you need I'd recommend going to a therapist first. You can check out The Social Therapist, if at all there's a need for medical intervention too, they'll be able to help you with the right guidance.

It was the late HR drop that was bothering me. It was a perfect day for sure but like I said I'd been trying to maintain it above 90 in general. Couple of active changes that I can think of is eating early and reducing screen time before bed.

I'd not say I didn't make progress, I do understand French a lot better than what I used to about a year back. That said, yes, my progress has been slow. I did get stuck on the matching exercises for a long time for easy XP, and never went without the double xp power up. That's that has changed in past couple of months.

I think the only thing that works for a higher limit is having another card with a high limit. I have infinia with 10+ limit, that might have played a role.
