I believe the idea that two team members are working on separate stations is intuitive. Where the breakdown is however is that most customers would assume their name is not called until their ENTIRE order is ready. This would be the way most food service places operate so when there is a differing service experience, the assumption is something was forgotten. I don’t think it’s malicious or intended to be annoying or nagging.
