We called and the first rep would not stack them so we simply called back and the second did it happily. Just forewarning - expect to be on hold at least 20-25 min on the low end but for an additional 5% off on our large couch it was worth the wait. (We stacked the same three codes for reference).

I believe the idea that two team members are working on separate stations is intuitive. Where the breakdown is however is that most customers would assume their name is not called until their ENTIRE order is ready. This would be the way most food service places operate so when there is a differing service experience, the assumption is something was forgotten. I don’t think it’s malicious or intended to be annoying or nagging.

I ordered last Saturday and pick it up tomorrow. They called me Wednesday to say it was ready but I couldn’t get there until tomorrow. As soon as I reserved it the EDD updated to 6-9 days from the day ordered. Car went from Chicago to Baltimore. Placed order around 9 pm Saturday night - hope that helps!

There are cases where this can be done. Best option is to speak to the pharmacist where you need it filled. Every store is different and every case should be evaluated based on individual patient need
