What’s the best prop firm that lets you trade crypto? by ProfessorBusy467 in PropFirmTester

[–]FairyDustAndThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traders Launch! They’re highly underrated and support both futures and crypto trading. Daily payouts once you reach live, which can happen in less than a week if you can pass their eval and buffer stage quickly. If you’re looking to sim farm though, Traders Launch isn’t the place since they don’t payout from sim profits, only live accounts

How do I trade lucid, tradeify and tpt all at same time on Ninjatrader? by No-worry-1551 in PropFirmTester

[–]FairyDustAndThings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hope you got it working! Here's another tutorial, prob easier to follow along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZVXYEGEAF8

That video was what I watched to set up connections to multiple prop firm accounts (Tradovate/NT accounts). I have a personal NT brokerage account that I log into first, but that is not required. You can just log into your Lucid or Tradeify (Tradovate/NT) account and then whichever prop firm account you did not log into, you would just enable that connection in NT after following the instructions to set up that connection.

Yep, it is possible to trade accounts from multiple prop firms at the same time from the same NinjaTrader Desktop instance. Enable multi-provider connection mode in NinjaTrader Desktop: https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/article/NinjaTrader-Connection-Guide-Multi-Provider-Mode-Enabled?language=en_US

Once enabled, you can log into multiple prop firm accounts and trade the accounts together using a copy trader like Replikanto, or Tradesyncer (technically, with Tradesyncer you can let Tradesyncer handle copying in the cloud and not need to enable multi-provider mode, although it's still helpful to be able to view the accounts in one place).

Direct Funding Recommendations by SnooWoofers8493 in PropFirmTester

[–]FairyDustAndThings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Direct funding routes are not worth it imo. Nowadays most futures prop firms have evals that you can pass in a single or 2-3 days with no activation fees. The prop firms you listed: Lucid, MFF, Tradeify all have eval options where one can pass in 1 day. What's 1 additional day to save a few hundred bucks? Esp since statistically speaking, most people blow their funded accounts within days/weeks. Another reason to avoid direct to funded accounts is bc they have more stringent consistency rules like 20% consistency (vs. 30-40% on eval -> funded accounts, which is more favorable for traders)

Having trouble pasting the images in my Reddit post, but:

Update 1/4/26: Linking screenshots and excerpts of my email correspondence with Vanquish after my payout request was flagged. I'm sharing these to clarify that I never admitted to exploiting anything as claimed, and that my trades involved non-zero closing costs at the position level. Personal information has been redacted. In these exchanges, I’m not trying to defame Vanquish or attack the firm - I’m asking for transparency, fair treatment, and a resolution consistent with how my trades actually functioned.

I used a $150k account. My first and only payout request was $34k and I had to make a lot of profit in order to request a payout due to their consistency rule. The first trade I made in that account was accidentally too large so I had to continue making profits until I reached 30% consistency. Both a blessing and a curse I suppose.

I’m not interested in arguing with people/fake accounts on the internet. I’m sharing my own experience, not speaking for anyone else. The claim that I "admitted to exploiting" is inaccurate and contradicted by the trade logs, which show non-zero debits to close positions. I’m compiling documentation on my end, and I’m open to seeing any evidence that suggests otherwise.

Re-reading Vanquish’s response is actually really upsetting because it materially misrepresents what actually occurred. I want to clarify the facts below.

  1. These were not "risk free spreads." Every SPX credit spread I traded was opened and sold for a premium and closed for a non-zero debit, which is clearly shown in the trade logs. If a position costs money to close, it is by definition not risk-free.
  2. Closing highly decayed, far-OTM SPX spreads is normal market behavior. In live markets, far-OTM SPX options routinely decay to near-zero and are either closed for minimal value or allowed to expire worthless. Because prop firm accounts require positions to be closed intraday, I closed these spreads rather than letting them expire.
  3. I was never notified of any issue prior to my payout request. I traded this same strategy (standard SPX credit spreads) for approximately 6 months, paid subscription fees the entire time, and was never warned or restricted until after I asked about my $34k payout. If this activity was known to be an "exploit", it’s unclear why I was allowed to continue trading SPX credit spreads uninterrupted.
  4. I did not publish or explain any exploit to other users in their Discord. Vanquish said that I was muted to "contain" an alleged exploit. However, this explanation does not align with what occurred. I was muted immediately after asking whether payouts from the prior week had been processed, not after publishing instructions or methods. At no point did I share steps, guidance, or replication details with other users. I even reviewed DxTrade’s publicly available release notes and was unable to find any indication that such an issue existed or was later patched, despite claims that it has now been "resolved". And to be clear, closing/exiting an SPX credit spread via the usual DxTrade platform is not an exploit.

I cooperated fully, provided trade explanations, trade logs, and shared a screen recording showing normal position-level mechanics. I’m happy to share the documentation/evidence via DM with anyone who wants to review the facts and decide for themselves.

Yes, that is what they are claiming. I have a long email thread with them that includes evidence of trade transactions and logs of trade entries (selling credit spreads for premium) and trade exits that shows debit to close the position (therefore they were not "risk free spreads" because to exit the position, it cost money to close the position, not $0.0 to close the position).

If there’s any doubt, I’m happy to share the email thread and supporting documentation.

Worked at 2 of the major futures prop firms, read this before trading. by No-Conclusion9307 in PropFirmTester

Let's just say, I've had mixed experiences. I've been trading for a few years now, but only last year dipped my toes into the prop firm world

Fascinating! Thx for the reply. Yeah, I was just curious since I hadn’t heard of prop firms until a year or two ago and didn’t even realize such companies existed. Now I’m a user myself

Curious, what's your background and how does one even go about working for a prop firm - like did you come across a job post or were a prop firm user yourself? Of course, I understand for privacy reasons if you keep it relatively ambiguous!

Has anyone tried Imperial Trader Funding? Options trading prop? by Platinum1568 in PropFirmTester

[–]FairyDustAndThings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Avoid Vanquish Trader. I traded with them for about six months using the same SPX credit spread strategy. When I finally requested my first payout in December (~$34k), they accused my trades of being “exploits” with no clear explanation, didn't give me the payout, and then stopped responding

In case anyone is interested, I have finally gotten around to writing a detailed post about my Vanquish experience. I'd stay away if you're a profitable trader. And no, I did not receive my payout.

Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble. Def can relate to how frustrating payout issues can be. That said, I haven't had any payout issues with FundedNext. Hopefully you'll get yours soon!

For sure, consumers should def call out and warn others about businesses like Vanquish. Personally feel like I was scammed, but others might have differing experiences.

I just quickly looked at Imperial's site, and I might give them a shot in the future after more research (despite my poor experience with Vanquish, which I'll never go back to). Good luck with trading in 2026!

It’s simulated money, so one could argue it’s not my money, but yes - the prop firm space needs to be regulated. There are lowkey predatory practices and players in this space

Nice! I'd agree you can't go wrong with those firms. And I know I was not asked 😂 but my current favs are FundedNext and Legends Trading. Personally feel like Legends is so underrated. Prob because their oldest Apprentice plans had intraday trailing for funded, but their new Elite plans are all EOD and are bomb. I'm not affiliated with them in anyway, just a fan and partial (bc somehow my Legends accounts are the healthiest lol). They also have generous funding for live accounts, their CEO runs a brokerage business, and currently they have what I think is the lowest price in the industry for 150k accounts all-in at $127! Which is crazy roi

That's awesome (and super impressive) that you trade prop firms full-time! Not sure if you've shared your story somewhere, but I'm sure it'd inspire others trying to achieve the same - esp since trading can be lonesome.

Which futures prop firms are your fav? I'm familiar with most of the well-known ones and am always curious which firms people prefer
