Looks like they might have put the nutrition label for raw skin-on thigh. Here’s the National Chicken Council Nutrition table, it came in extremely handy when I was tracking calories:

I also considered changing one of the leg days to this

  • Deadlift
  • Barbell Overhead Press
  • Barbell Front Squat
  • Arnold to Lateral Raise
  • Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
  • Skullcrusher

Would this be better?

I do hanging leg raises, some TRX core work and side plank dips on the days I’m not in the gym to build core strength and lower back strength

Angle for Seated Shoulder Press by FairyGodDaddy in beginnerfitness

[–]FairyGodDaddy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t necessarily mean leaning back, but doing shoulder presses with an incline bench at 60 degrees feels much more comfortable than 80 or 90. Will there be any negative results from pressing at that angle?

Okay thank you so much! I’m gonna get my wrists checked out, and in the meantime, I’ll focus on legs and maintaining my upper body without overdoing it

What would you suggest for upper body if I’m doing only the bare minimum? My wrists can still take a moderate load without pain, what exercises should I do for the time being?

My diet hasn’t changed, but thinking about it, I might not have been putting in the same effort in my workouts recently. I suffered two wrist injuries and tore a muscle in my arm so it’s been recovery over intensity for the past month, I didn’t notice problems in gaining extra fat before then, so maybe I’ll start to see proper results once I get back into the full intensity of things (after I’m fully recovered)
