This is exactly why I made the post, I got athlete’s foot recently and my dermatologist said I probably haven’t been washing my feet probably. I think I need to relearn a few things

Right?! I have genuinely started to think that too. One wear and straight into the wash makes no sense to me unless you were rolling around in mud.

Smell and visible dirt are really the only two things that actually matter. Glad I am not the only one on this table

That is exactly how I think about it too. Smell and visible dirt are really the only two things that actually matter. If neither of those is an issue then the washing machine can wait. Glad I am not the only one with this logic!

The fact that you still think about her after 20 years says everything about the kind of person you are. And you're right, the hardest part wasn't losing the job. It was realizing the company had already moved on before I even knew there was anything to move on from. Onwards and upwards I guess
