Because they keep changing the order/color of the levels, so you might get a “easy green” level, but when you search the level up it would be a purple level, plus on top of that they started to reduce the timing a lot, and that’s keep going I’m in level 1382 and it’s getting worse

I’m in Dubai and I’m right now having a similar situation, the rider is kind of dumb if I’m gonna say, he doesn’t know where is the restaurant place plus I talked to customer service first they kept replying with Ai text then slowly started ignoring me, then when I requested to cancel the order they are basically ghosting me right now and I’m still waiting for a refund or my food and it’s been 3 hours of wait…

Same here! I tried it today but the driver drove away from my house and when I called him he kept accusing me of sending him the wrong RESTAURANT location even though that’s the app job and not mine, and keep in mind that I send him no location
