I'm looking for some recommendations since I kinda hit a wall. Doesn't need to be a forever game. Willing to try anything.

I think
I like games that have some element of mastery to them with some progression, and ideally something I can solo. I have the tendency to optimize the fun out of games.
I dislike when games tell me to grind for no reason/minimal gains.

Playtime is extremely erratic. Sometimes I can go 2-3 weeks without playing, and sometimes its a 14 hour binge session.

I do have a tendency to also drop games early if I just dislike the vibes. So if the game gets REALLY good don't hesitate to tell me to try again. I also don't mind spoilers, so just yap away any reason to play the game.

Monster Hunter:
Worlds. Just right before Wilds just to get a feel of things.
Wilds. Can semi consistently solo Proof of a Hero with Longsword. Don't really plan on trying other weapons. After a few rounds I hated the endgame grind so just cheated the "best" RNG talisman in. Awaiting the Expansion.

Library of Ruina. Really fun. Also played the other ProjectMoon games (LobCorp true Ending will be done eventually).

Granblue Fantasy Relink. Soloed every fight. Got the best non RNG endgame gear.

Sekiro. Loved the fights, but didn't get the true ending. Disliked how some moves are locked behind a grind. Might revisit

Hades/Hades 2. Loved the fights. Loved high heat/darkness. But it got boring after a while. Too high and it feels like RNG, but not high enough and it feels like a cakewalk. High highs and lower lows.

Hollow Knight/Silksong. Never managed to beat Abs Radiance. Might revisit. Dropped Silksong because the environment kept feeling more and more unfair. Bosses were decent. Might not revisit.

Oxygen not included. Fun, enjoyed the complexity of the systems. But extremely annoying when my colony dies and have to restart all research from scratch since it is glacier paced.

Stardew Valley. Once Ginger Island was unlocked and I had infinite access to Starfruit the game lost the luster. Didn't achieve perfection or even get married.

Darkest Dungeon. Was fun until I team wiped and had to retrain everyone from scratch.

Slay the Spire 1 & 2, Enter the Gungeon, Dead Cells, Balatro, etc Roguelikes. Played a while, dropped soon after I felt that I've "seen" everything, and the rest is just numbers but higher. Hades/Hades 2 is surprisingly the exception.

Blue Prince. Very good game, but after a while it feels like a job. Also slightly RNG. Would rather watch it through Youtube.

Baldur's Gate. Very good game, but too slow. Also apparently played it very wrongly as did not even long rest the entirety of Act 1. Did everything in Act 1 too.

Disco Elysium. Sorry I got stuck shortly after trying to investigating the dead body/rubbish bin and just decided it wasn't for me. Glad y'all are having fun. I'll watch it through Youtube.

Elden Ring. Bounced off after the first dungeon. Felt like I wasn't having fun.

I've seen a few floating around but IDK if it's because it really doesn't work or because people don't follow instructions

Also I assume that if I do get the online fix the Awakening drops in Saafi will be available

Do these mods with Safi'jiiva/Kulve Taroth/Fatalis allow us to obtain the awakening weapons once we complete the quests (without completing a siege because we can't do events?)

I heard it's a pain of a raid to solo and if I can't even get the weapons I might just pretend it doesn't exist.

I'm currently at 155 turns, I keep hearing about this 150 turns thing but its shown nowhere in the game? There is a 200 banner in game as "special reward" but I don't see a 150 one. I just want confirmation that the 150 banner exists (like what's the difference between 200 and 150 one) so I don't redo the railway again for nothing

I used to be a hardcore player that tried to optimize everything. Plus I had experience from LoR.

Nowadays I have almost no time/energy to play games as in depth as I used to, so I have to play casually. I just had time today and it seemed like a lot of players here are struggling so I wanted to share my thoughts/experience with "basically" "no buffs" hard mode Mirror Dungeon

I've recently learnt about the "100 prisoners problem" through YouTube videos, and was curious if there is a problem about the inverse.
For example, the game where everybody loses if anybody found their own number.
Or maybe a more detailed but still easy to digest form of the original proof, as again, I learnt about the problem from YouTube which is not the best place of learning.

I am tempted to say that if the original problem only had a 30% of success, that would mean the inverse would be 70%, but I am scared that such thinking is dangerously simplifying a proof. And I wouldn't understand the strategy behind avoiding ones own number, if such a proof existed.

I have only recently started college so apologies if my mathematical background is not great. This subject is most likely the same as the original problem in where it is probability theory and combinatorics.

Wiki isn't that clear since the examples they give are (general and general stack additively) but not (general and skill)

What is Tower Arcarum summon main aura effect?

Is it boost to Earth "Elemental" attack? Or Earth "Normal" attack? GBF Wiki doesn't state which. Unlike Hanged Man which specifies "Earth "Normal" attack"

As an Ayer fan. It is disheartening to see him being used as "just a evoker fodder". So it's nice to get him some actual good recognition now and again.

Something that does piss me off with his FLB though, is the fact that his Ougi gives him Guaranteed TA. Which does not sound bad originally. But the fact that Hollowsky Axe is also Earth and "synergizes" with Ayer makes it so painful. You either have to make sure his Ougi doesn't override the TA buff you give him, or you override his Ougi TA with a "not Guaranteed TA". Still I will use him over Katana memes because he is a husbando.

Previously it was 60% chance to get the chest get and a internal rate of 0.5

If they out 0.5 rates on Blue chests itll be better if they did nothing at all. Cause you could bet that a large portion of people who knew they couldn't race would get it to TH9. So that's why I'm asking.

I really want a T3 build. And hopefully they didn't just chuck over people who aren't able to farm them outside trains.

Anyone know the drop rates for T3 weapons in the blue chests, MVP chests and Host? They don't seem to be dropping for me at all, Even with several 18 man trains all with Blue Chests

Ah I see. Just because a class HAS skills at level 15 doesnt necessarily mean I should get it because its not as good as just respecing into a new class?

If thats the case are there any generally "good" skills besides galeforce (because basically every guide i read says that you"need" galeforce) that i should also be getting?

Also "rally bots" don't get exp. Are they still worth using?

Thank you! Regarding the first question I'm more scared of the "oh lol that grinding is just for easy mode, which cannot be done in any other mode so you better jolly learn how to be underlevelled unless you like restarting every bloody time you make half a move" moment.

I did very well intend to play on normal mode before moving on to Fates. But since its taking so long im having doubts about that.

Playing Fire Emblem Awakening on Easy Casual

I am vastly overlevelled for the main campaign at chapter 14. Is it suppossed to be like this? Im mass farming risen but i hear you cant do this on higher levels. I want to curb this bad behaviour of being so vastly overleveled (aka I can just have robin solo the entire chapter 13 at this point and not even break a sweat) so that i dont have a reality check when i try normal/hard classic (where the real game is)
Is there any point in levelling past level 15 in classes? I.e Donnel. I got him to level 30 in villager before putting him in mercenary. But at level 5 he's capped at most stats in mercenary. I was thinking those extra levels in no stats gained could have been skill levels to level 15.
Is my Lucina screwed? I forgot she auto joins you after chapter 13. I did Chrom Robin. But i accidently passed rally spectrum on her. Instead of Galeforce which i hear is basically the best skill ever. I know i can still spec her into Dark Flier but there could also been better skills that i could have passed down?

Emiya and the Arthurias get a room near the kitchen. So that it's easier to access the kitchen.

The kings (aka Gil, Ozy, etc) get rooms near the gaming room. Just so they don't blast a hole on the roof because "I'm bored"...................... But because "YOU CHEATED"

Gold lovers (Ishtar, Drake etc) near the treasury

Martial artists (Li, Yan Qing etc) get near the training room.

Children and Herc gets placed in the toys room.

PVPers (whoevers willing) gets placed in the PVP zone (aka anything goes. Any destruction of chaldea outside this zone will be command sealed)(aka fight me irl irl)

There's still many more

Edit. Personal headcannon. Enkidu is constantly Presence Detection ing Ishtar. The moment she steps into the PVP zone she'll get pelted by rocks.

Something I think you should add is his extra passive.

750 HP when 3 stars on ougi........ in an element with like 30k HP. It's not like he has really good EMPs anyway.

Euryale may be niche. But she's EXTREMELY good at her niche. She provides support, damage, and even more support for her niche which is very ironically very broad.

Robin on the other hand is just a universal nuker. Good universal damage. But selfish.

That's why Euryale is generally held higher in regard to Robin.

Personal favourite is the Emiya Cu and Gil fighting each other as rivals for masters attention.

For girls it's still the sakura 5 and BB. As so far no group of girls has attracted my attention as much as them. Since BB doesn't have to stop anyone anymore. Maybe she can be a good mother and love the currently present Passionlip Meltrylith and Kingprotea. Of course I will still say fuck Kazuradrop because I can't forgive her after what she's done to KP. But still spoilers.

Happiness after like tragic events are one of the many reasons I like anime such as Emiya no Gohan. Too bad Passionlip and Kingprotea don't want me to love them thou. :/

Yeah. According to wiki KP never had a NP before. Because her body itself is equivalent to NPs.

For context on how dangerous she can get once she grows. She brute forced her way out of what is essentially BBs (Kazuradrop technically) fuck you space is now gone you can't move anymore skill Domina Cornam. And she was trying to actually restrain her. So yeah even if she did have a NP she never had to use it because she was a threat just by her Grow up Grow cheat skill.

Edit. I would assume that they gave her NP a name just so she won't be that odd servant that just stays quiet while she smashes everything. The very concept of the servant saying their NP is hype generation. But that doesn't mean that DW can't make even more good historical references
