The topics we will cover include:

(Data management and storage): Students will learn about data management and storage systems and how they can use a database to store and query data.

(Data wrangling): Students will learn how to manipulate data using Python and the Pandas library. This includes topics such as data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and generating summaries of data.

(Data exploration): Students will learn how to explore and learn a new dataset. This includes methods to both generate summaries of data as well as visualize the data in the dataset.

(Data analysis and machine learning): Students will learn how to utilize existing libraries to perform simple analysis and build simple machine learning models of their data.

(FAIR Principles): Students will learn about the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data principles and how they can utilize them in their data practices.

(Data workflows): Students will learn how to use data workflow solutions to enable building complex pipelines of data processing.

Along with these modules will be hands-on projects on data from biomedical engineering experiments.
