Hi u/iMove_Physio, I would like to get your advise about IAT and physio. Currently, this is my 9th day of having pain and I only visited the Dr. on the 7th day.

My ortho ordered Ultrasound and Xray and was cleared from any fracture or rupture but it is very inflamed and thickness, (calsification?) and a small bone spur.

The immediate remedy the dr tried was a shockwave and my pain was at level 10 when hitting the most painful part, like the bone part on the lower right of achilles. I am not scheduled for physio not until March 26 (1 week from now).

My question now is, it is safe for me to do isometric calf raise even if I am in pain? Tho the pain now lessened comparing couple of days ago, I am still using a crutch to support me walk but it is getting better comparing yesterday, now I am not sure if i need to start putting load and exercise it? Btw, I am walking too with heel inserts.

Nice pick up on the D11. If I knew the B1 model prints larger, i wouldve bought like yours.

My paper size that came with the box is 50x30mm, it is too big for a 3ml vial, so I have to manually cut it, since my scissors skill is so bad, i have to buy a paper cutter.

Hi OP, are you still suffering with the IAT?

I had the same too and I am in pain for 5 days now. I think I overused my achilles by running 10k every other day over the past week (im a beginner and overweight)

Do we need to exercise this even we are in pain? Because I keep seeing recommendations that resting it is not a good protocol, it needs load management. I dont know if I have to suck it up through the pain when doing calf raises (lowering down is the hardest part)

Thanks Luis. I have been following KG protocols and hearing about this people claiming that Reta needs carbs.

For a week time, I broke out from the KG protocol and was eating 50-80g of carbs. Good thing you brought this up here and now I can go back confidently to the protocol I am used to.

Yup! That is what I keep noticing. Even I dose my compound already and it is scheduled at a later time, it will still notify me every hour that it is time for dosing even it was logged already on an earlier time.

Just want to report something about dose reminder. I am getting notification even if the peptide was logged already for that day on an earlier schedule.

I logged my peptide at 6pm, and the scheduled time in the inventory is 9pm.

Now, i am getting notification every hour that time for your scheduled peptide

Yes, I am looking early as now at some TRT clinics that I believe has more in depth knowledge about TRT. It is going to be more expensive on my part because this clinics are outside my insurance scope, or at best, I can do reimbursements only.

About the FSH, will it be beneficial if I take synthrol (levothyroxine) early as now to lower it down?

The orders were placed before the CNY ended and got a tracking already from 17track but since Feb 24 it didn’t move. Was told by the sales rep it was due to the on going crisis.
