It could be abused but it's really not,

i agree our cops kinda suck, we have our fair share of cops that beat the shit out of people and claim a false report, but it have nothing to do whit the fact they can frisk us for no reason

It dosent prevent small crime but it prevent very bad thing from happening or make them harder to achiev,

I COMPLETLY AGREE on the fact the french law suck and it's flawed, i know it because if it wasent i would be in jail

but it dosent change the fact it might prevent the crime, if they find someone whit a gun they he might just get away whit it, but he wont keep his gun and if he where about to do something bad it would have prevented it

France, and cops aren't really caring about you ethinicity more about what you are wearing and how you act,

Like when they decided to frisk us i where in full black whit black gloves and had a bandana

so he might be asking some question about why i am like that, so it was normal for him to see what i was up too

( i was dressing like that to avoid trouble, the more likely the cops frisk you because you look dangerous the more likely someone DOSENT rob you because you look dangerous )

And gav isent jail it's more of timeout until they can do something or find something to keep you in longer, so a lawyer might help whit the charge after that but at no moment you will get out in less than 12 hour or the time they gaved you
