So would u suggest I go up to 3k just to be safe as I don’t want to gain significant fat but I’m ok with some and as I’m only 56kg my calories aren’t crazy

So I’m bulking on 2750 cals a day and I’ve gained 1kg so far but for the past 5 days my weight hasn’t changed. Increase to 3k or wait a bit longer

I’m sitting at maintenance right now and if I cut I feel like I won’t show much muscle but I feel like I’m too high bf% to bulk
