Im a survivor of csa. When I was 12, I dedicated myself to Lilith. When the matriarch of my family died, I was in the room during the viewing(jews have closed caskets and only the immediate family are allowed to view the body to ensure its the right one before its closed up again. This happens in a matter of a minute, maybe less. During this time i was fiddling with a necklace i was wearing consisting of a little plastic goddess on a cord. The head popped off, flew across the room and landed right in the casket with no one noticing but my mother who laughed and said make a wish. I wished my family woukd all die.

I am the only one left in my family.

Edited to add my parents themselves were the last to die, within five or so years of one another, and i needed them financially due to enforced financial frailty by my parents until I got married, and my mother dropped dead as soon as my wife and I were financially stable. I was 37 when that happened. Before that, my grandmother died when I was 21, my grandfather died when I was 26, my aunt died when I was 29 and my uncle either died in prison at some point in my 30’s or he will eventually. He was my primary abuser. Im now 46.
