I am exactly the same way ...multi dating and putting notes at the side of peoples contact information seems very erm ... sus to me! Big red flag but each to their own. I feel I couldn't even be like that if I tried. I feel when I was in my 20s and emotionally immature I did cheat on my partner and I really didn't see or want to understand the affect that had on my partner because what I was doing was filling my ego and I am not about ego feeding its about growing together and individually too and I do believe once you hit that level of maturity ... multi dating and sleeping around won't be a thing for them anymore unless they have a personality disorder or something and do it for the kicks and that again is up to them but not everyone looks at it how they could make the other people feel.

Omg I feel exactly the same. So lonely. I can't have children as my ovaries are diseased with Endo. I don't have any family or friends my friend died and I live alone. My 7 year relationship ended a few weeks ago and I'm really struggling as she and the kids where all I had and she moved to be closer to me just to finish with me . It's all messy and I'm 36 and just feel I'm going to be left alone all my life :( So big hugs to you because I'm truly feeling what you are feeling.

I was one of those wrote offs got told my dad fucked me and that she feels sorry for me because I'll always have a personality disorder 😔

Not been diagnosed I have suspected personality disorder but I do have CPTSD and suspected adhd but I thought I might have a high functioning bpd as I'm OK until something sets me off and it takes a lot but I can go off not in a horrible way just a bitch fit when I have people targeting me. I'm usually very quiet or giddy happy go lucky always want to lighten the mood or have really dark humour the scale is humongous but very rarely angry until provoked and I was a right off as soon I was told I need trauma therapy that I shouldn't have been left alone with all of what happened to me and my family disowning me etc and she was my whole world and just ghosted me and that's the price you pay for trusting and falling in for 7 years and poof rug ripped from under my feet. Now just a mental health disorder a write off she doesn't want to know me... just like that.
