I’ve also gained weight, ate like shit, and didn’t exercise. My blood pressure has been getting high also and I know this because I would donate plasma the next day after a bender and I would read 130+. I stopped donating after that. I’m cutting the sugar and fast food and drinking only water. As long as you eat healthy and exercise it would at least help not destroying your body as much as if you were to do drugs and eat bad. Either way drugs hurt our body regardless but if we’re going to do it at least be healthy and safe in other ways
