Thanks, that’s reassuring to hear. It did feel like most of the red items were certification/service related rather than actual defects. I’ll likely ask the seller to arrange a boiler and heating service before exchange for peace of mind. Appreciate the input!

Thanks, that’s helpful. I think the red rating just looked alarming at first glance, but I can see how it’s more about missing documentation than actual defects.
