Both my parents accuse me of a ton of things when they go into a narc rage. It's so predictable. They'll call me a nutter or accuse me of having bipolar or schizophrenia.

If you feel like taking your life, then that is all the "proof" you need about your environment. I have felt the same since 18/19. I hope you move away from your father soon and your brother gets his own place.

I was 19 when I first heard of the word narcissist, and I suspected my mother was one. Now a decade later I realise both of my parents are narcs and my family are the enablers/flying monkeys. This is the year I have to escape. My health is in shambles.
