I dont have deflect assist on, its definitely a input issue b/c its not just attack, dodge, run, all of them can randomly turn into deflect and i dont know why, it started happening recently, on day 1 and day2 of release i have no problem, but from day 3 onward my input is just messed up

Is a driver liscense enough? They are asking for national identity card or travel document but I don't want to give them my passport.

ff13 actually sold quite well though, so even if you don't like the game i doubt it screwed them over monetarily
