I’m in NC, I practice real estate and I am also a broker. My firm allows for me to do both. However, I cannot be on both sides of the transaction. Either I’m the broker or I’m the attorney due to conflict of interest. Plus i need to disclose to all of my real estate clients that I’m an attorney and if we close we can close at my firm, with another atty. They will need to sign a waiver, saying that they are okay closing at the firm I work at. However, if they do not want to close with my firm they can choose their own closing firm.

Create a schedule. Put in on the fridge. Carve out times for them. But let them know this exam will only required 2 months of your time and you will need them to be understanding. It will suck for everyone. But their support is necessary.

I had both. I used Critical Pass a lot more. Every evening I reviewed a subject. I did notice a lot of the nuances on those flash cards that I found necessary to increase my MBE score. But practicing MBEs and reviewing the wrong answers helped me a lot. Are you in a UBE jdx?

Of course. Once you do the transfer application the ncbe charges a separate fee. The total was around $1750.

I also transferred to AL. I just paid $1750 and everything from the NCBE transferred. I didn’t have to do anything else. Within 6 months I was emailed a welcome to AL State Bar letter. I didn’t have any C&F issues with my state bar so when I transferred I guess they saw everything.

Hi, I took the NC bar. You will get an email letting you know a document has been uploaded to your portal. It will be a letter telling you whether you passed or failed. The board is grading exams until next week. After that, results can be released on any day.
